Carrillo Ford Modular 4.6L Pro-H 7/16 WMC Bolt Connecting Rods (Set of 8)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Authorization from Throwdown Performance is required prior to sending an item back to us. Please use this form to request a returned merchandise authorization. 
• Please do not return, cancel or deny any other without an authorized RMA number as this will result in additional fees.
• Except in cases of product defect, or an error by Throwdown Performance, LLC please note that:
  • The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. We may offer a discounted prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund.
  • If a refund is issued to the original payment method, a 3-5% payment processing fee will apply. This can be avoided by exchanging the product or receiving the refund via store credit. (See Cancellations section below for more details on this fee.)

Policy Exceptions

• Returned items that are no longer in new / re-sellable condition, either due to product use or defaced/damaged packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee typically varies from 10-25% and is assessed at the discretion of TDP.  We reserve the right to deny the return of any item that we deem to not be re-sellable.
• Close-out items are not eligible for return except in the case of an error by Throwdown Performance. 
• Items considered special order are not eligible for return.  This includes electronics, tuning and special order chassis bracing.

Refused / Undeliverable Orders

• Any refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to Throwdown Performance are processed as standard returns and are subject to the policies as stated above.
• If you wish to return an order, please do not simply "refuse the package". Instead, please use our standard returns process to avoid delays in processing your return, unless advised otherwise.  Refusing a package unless advised can result in additional restocking fees.

Cancellations

• A 3% fee is applied to all refunds associated with an order cancellation to cover a portion of the expense that TDP incurred for our payment processor to handle your funds.
  • This fee can be avoided if you elect to instead receive store credit to apply towards a future order. 
  • Throwdown Performance incurs an prrocessing expense of 3-7% of the total paid each time an order is placed. This fee is not refundable by the payment processor, regardless of whether the order is fulfilled or not. The 3% fee referenced above is not a "profit source" for Throwdown Performance, it is in place to offset a portion of this expense that results of an action by the customer that is outside of Throwdown Performance's control. 

Refunds

• Once your return or exchange is received at our location, we will process your return. Please allow 1-2 business days for returns processing.  O
• Any funds that are refunded are typically reflected on your bank statement within 1-2 business days, depending on your bank.  Once a refund is processed we cannot advise on when this will be posted by your payment provider.. We do recommend contacting them directly for questions regarding posting.
• For orders shipped outside of the United States, Throwdown Performance is not in control of or able to refund any customs or duty charges.

Warranties

• Items manufactured by all vendors/manufacturers/brands are covered by their individual warranty policies. We will always assist when at all possible but in some cases it may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for product support. 

• in many cases the manufacturer may prefer for direct discussion for best support and assistance.  We will support in any correlated discussion with the manufacturer (and support an authorized purchase), but please do not hesitate to directly contact for most cases for support.
