Throwdown Performance takes pride in getting your item to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped USPS, UPS, and FedEx at the sole discretion of Throwdown Performance. Any orders to addresses other than the billing address may require additional confirmation directly from the purchaser including phone or fax confirmation.
If at the time of your order your item is delayed or backordered, Throwdown Performance will make you aware of the situation and keep you up to date with tracking and status. If at any time you have additional questions on the latest status of your order, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US. All order status' on the site may not be updated as we will try to email direct shipping confirmations directly to your email on file whenever possible.
Free Shipping is eligible on orders within the continental US only. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to checkout with a full shipping address or we will contact you after purchasing your item with your incremental shipping charges.
What is the cost to ship international?
You will notice our site does NOT automatically calculate incremental shipping. There is a reason for this. Most shipping estimators calculate additional higher cost and do not take into account our shipping we have built in the majority of our pricing. Contact us with any items you are looking to purchase along with your shipping address and we will get back to you on the incremental cost. You can then checkout with the item and our shipping item for the additional cost.
All returns are at the sole discretion of Throwdown Performance. Before returning any item, please contact us directly to receive a RA number. All returns must be returned pre-paid and insured by the customer/purchaser and must be in unopened, new, and re-sellable condition within 7 days of item receipt. All returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee of the purchase price PLUS the original shipping and return shipping charges. Any special order or custom items are not eligible for return or refund which includes custom wheels, chassis braces ordered overseas, etc. For questions on which items are considered special order please contact us before purchasing. Restocking fees may be partially waived, minus shipping charges, for returns on items in brand new condition for store credit on applicable items. Please allow up to 15 days for any refunds to be posted to your account. Under no circumstances should a customer escalate these claims to a credit card or paypal dispute. This process does not allow for us to process a refund or cancellation. Under any circumstances in which this occurs, the customer will accept full liability for all fees and charges attributed to the escalation. Throwdown Performance will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances, including any reimbursement for any damages incurred during installation or use of product.
Any packages refused for delivery will automatically be subject to full shipping and restocking fees unless prior agreement is made with Throwdown Performance and the buyer.
All warranties are carried directly from the manufacturer. Throwdown Performance, LLC is a direct reseller/distributor for all products and does not manufacture parts in any way. Throwdown Performance does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. We would be happy to facilitate your contact with the product manufacturer or you may contact them directly, however we can only enforce the manufacturers decision. No warranty of any kind is expressed from Throwdown Performance directly.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
